Compensation Options:
Drivers can choose between CPM pay or percentage pay:
  • Dry Van Team: up to $0.75 CPM or 28% of gross.
  • Reefer Team: up to $0.80 CPM or 28% of gross.
Benefits & Home Time:
  • Paid detention, layover, and extra stops.
  • Weekly direct deposit (1099 position).
  • Typical schedule: 3–4 weeks out with 4–5 days home.
  • Stay out 45 days and receive 5–7 days home.
  • Reimbursement of up to $150 for truck parking or airfare.
  • Consistent freight across all 48 states.
Equipment:
  • Late-model Freightliner trucks (2022–2026).
  • New Volvo trucks (2025 models).
  • Automatic transmissions.
  • Refrigerators and inverters included.
  • Well-maintained fleet and full-service shop on site.

Requirements:
  • Valid CDL-A license and Medical Card.
  • Minimum 6 months of OTR experience.
  • Ability to stay out at least 3–4 weeks.
  • Safe driving record preferred.
