Compensation Options:

Drivers can choose between CPM pay or percentage pay:

Dry Van Team: up to $0.75 CPM or 28% of gross.
Reefer Team: up to $0.80 CPM or 28% of gross.

Benefits & Home Time:

Paid detention, layover, and extra stops.
Weekly direct deposit (1099 position).
Typical schedule: 3–4 weeks out with 4–5 days home.
Stay out 45 days and receive 5–7 days home.
Reimbursement of up to $150 for truck parking or airfare.
Consistent freight across all 48 states.

Equipment:

Late-model Freightliner trucks (2022–2026).
New Volvo trucks (2025 models).
Automatic transmissions.
Refrigerators and inverters included.
Well-maintained fleet and full-service shop on site.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license and Medical Card.
Minimum 6 months of OTR experience.
Ability to stay out at least 3–4 weeks.
Safe driving record preferred.
